Terms and payment information

What is included

Pro covers the Pinacle Studio features available at the time of purchase and removes Pinacle Studio's own workflow and export limits. Features that are still under development are not included in the purchase. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Flow, Groq, YouTube and other third-party services use your own accounts and may impose separate limits, costs and terms.

Trial and subscription

A Google account is required. On first signup, new accounts receive all Pro features free for one day (24 hours), measured from the Firebase account creation time. No card or payment is required, and no automatic charge follows. After one day, the account returns to the limited free plan unless you choose to subscribe. The limited free plan allows three starts per major automated stage, up to 60 minutes of transcription across three jobs, 60 generated image prompts, 60 Flow images, six thumbnail drawings, and two video renders. Per-job size limits also apply. Importing, editing, arranging and previewing your material remain available. Product-generated file downloads are reserved for Pro. The introductory Pro price is ₦8,000 for the first paid month, once per Pinacle account. After that, the price is ₦17,000 per month. Returning subscribers pay ₦17,000 for the first returning month. You can cancel future renewals in your account on this website or in the extension and retain access through the paid period. The current price and renewal terms are shown again before checkout.

Try before subscribing

Subject references in Images are not yet working reliably, and some other features may not work perfectly. Use the one-day free trial with your own material to check that the workflow meets your needs before paying.

Support and availability

We aim to respond to problems and inquiries within two business days, and to fix issues as quickly as reasonably possible. Response time is a target; the time required for a fix depends on the problem. We may discontinue Pinacle Studio after giving at least one month of notice to active subscribers. Your work

You are responsible for the rights to materials you import or publish and for reviewing generated output before use. Pinacle Studio coordinates your workflow in your browser. Third-party services may process information you choose to send through them under their own terms.
